1. Who we are

HeroGlams (“HeroGlams”, “we”, “us”) is an independent editorial showcase of Android games, operated from 468 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2A9, Canada. We are the party responsible for personal information handled through this website. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or +1 416 555 0182.

2. What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a reading site:

• Newsletter details — if you use the subscribe form, the name, telephone number and email address you choose to give us.
• Push-notification data — if you opt in to browser notifications, a device token and tags managed by our provider (OneSignal).
• Technical data — standard server and analytics information such as browser type, approximate region and pages viewed, collected in aggregate.
• Cookie preferences — your accept or decline choice, stored locally in your browser.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never ask for payment details — HeroGlams sells nothing.

3. Why we use it

We process personal information only for clear purposes: to send the dispatch you asked for, to deliver notifications you opted into, to understand in aggregate how the site is read, and to keep the service secure. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and on our legitimate interest in operating the site.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example OneSignal, which powers our newsletter tags and web-push notifications. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside Canada; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

5. How long we keep it

We retain newsletter and notification data for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete it on request or after a sustained period of inactivity. Aggregate technical data is kept only as long as it is useful for measuring and securing the site.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time;
